THE PROCESS
First and foremost, we review all areas of the potential project, wrap our arms around it and define the scope, create a requirement analysis, work structure breakdown, define deliverables and provide a concept of operation when necessary. Once a clear understanding of the project has been defined and agreed upon, the next major steps will be to develop a project schedule and define a realistic delivery or due date.
Within the project schedule all the tasks, deliverables and milestones will be defined, assigned and given a begin and end date. These steps are critical and allows us to understand what it takes to complete each task as well as to calculate the time constraints and dependencies for each task, this will then give us a realistic due date for your project and a clear understanding of what it will take to complete the project on time and within budget - a successful project makes for happy management.
