Q: What is Pilates?
A: Pilates is a unique form of exercise that simultaneously strengthens, stretches and defines all muscle groups. Specialized equipment works multiple muscle groups rather than individual muscles, which enables you to tone and tighten, build longer, leaner muscles and improve postural alignment.  And, best of all, it’s fun and never boring!

Q: Who can do Pilates?

Since sessions are private, each one is personally tailored to your abilities and goals.

A:  To make measurable gains, two or three times a week is recommended.

A: Both forms of exercise are designed to increase strength, flexibility and mobility;  However, Pure Pilates achieves these goals through the use of specialized equipment which allows for increased resistance, enhanced stretching and a wide variety of exercise options.
